Fee rules

All fees are payable in advance the 10th of every month, failing which fine will be charged.

Fee are payable for 12th months no fee is refundable

The percent fee structure is valid only for the current academic year.

School bills must be settled by the 10th of every month to which they relate or specified a fine or RS.20/- per day will be charged if the fees are not paid before the stipulated date.

if the fee arrears of child are outstanding for – 46 days or more (including holiday and summer /winter vacation) his/ her will name will be struck off from the schools rolls.

A list of pupil’s name whose fees have not been paid even by the end of the month will be displayed on the main notice board on the 1st of the following month.

A charge of RS.20/- is made if a pupils fee card in not received by the school office by the 28th of the month concerned. A duplicate card is then issued to the pupils

Three calendar months clear notice must be given in writing before the withdrawal of a pupil failing which three months fee will charged in lieu there of however parents wishing to withdrawal their child from the school at the end of current academic year have to inform the school on the 1st of January, i.e at the start of the calendar year.

Student leaving the school in April must in all classes pay three months fee

A pupil whose application for a transfer certificate is received after the commencement of the new academic year I.E after April will be changed the three month’s fee.

Fees ones paid will not be refunded with the take of depositing the fees.

Parents are requested to make either case payment or by an account payee demand draft in favors of DEHRA PUBLIC INTER COLLAGE
